Preliminary Design - The initial concept is achieved by creating a space program and reviewing the general project budget.  3D images of the exterior of the project communicate the overview of the design concept, while floor plans communicate the dimensions and spatial relationships. Design Development - Revisions are made to the computer model and updated 3D views and floor plans are provided until a complete design has been achieved that satisfies the client.  Additional drawings are provided including exterior elevations and cross sections to show further details of the design.  Basic structural design is completed. Construction Drawings - Final drawings for construction and building permits are completed.  These include basic site plan, foundation plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, structural framing plans, cross sections and typical wall sections.  Additional drawings may be provided upon request such as interior elevations, reflected ceiling plans, door and window schedules and details, room finish schedule and trim details.  The level of detail of these drawings can be fully customized to reflect your needs.
