For over ten years, we have provided residential designs for projects in Ohio and Michigan. Our renovation design projects have varied from one room additions to entire house renovations. Our custom home plans have been prepared for projects ranging from small vacation homes to large luxury homes.

Our designs represent a fusion of your ideas and our experience. There are no signature designs here. Our egos will never come between you and your dream home. Often our clients, both homeowners and builders, are amazed at our ability to migrate their wish list into an attractive design with efficient function and comfortable flow while maintaining inviting curb appeal.

We are experts in residential construction methods having designed projects for standard "stick-framing" (stud walls and repetitive members) as well as structures of SIP's (Structural Insulated Panels), ICF's (Insulated Concrete Forms) and Timber Framing.

We can provide you with design services that range from color renderings of your project to complete drawings for permit and construction. Our drawings are created using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology from Autodesk and VisionREZ. This computer software system allows us to "build" your home virtually in a 3D environment within the computer. This method reduces mistakes, while allowing us to provide you with a computer generated "picture" of your project as we design it.

Many of our clients are located out of our area. We can complete these projects efficiently by communicating via e-mail, fax and phone. We can upload the progress of your design to a private web page on our site, so that you and others, that you invite, can view your plans as we work on them.
